All pallet orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received in full. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Once your order is ready, you will receive shipping confirmation along with carrier details and a tracking number (if applicable).
3. Freight Shipping Options
Due to the size and weight of liquidation pallets, most orders are shipped via freight carriers. Customers can:
Request a freight quote from us during checkout or via email
Provide their own freight carrier and coordinate pickup from our warehouse
We offer both residential and commercial delivery options. Liftgate service is available for locations without a loading dock but may incur additional fees.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard freight delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location, the carrier, and service level. Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, holidays, or carrier backlogs.

6. Local Pickup Option
Customers in the Pittsburgh, PA area may opt for local pickup from our warehouse at:

Pickup is by appointment only. Orders must be picked up within 7 calendar days of purchase. Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation email. If a third party is picking up on your behalf, they must present authorization and ID.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Ensuring the delivery address is correct and accessible
Being available to receive the pallet during the scheduled delivery window
Notifying us of any special requirements (e.g., liftgate, restricted access)
Inspecting the shipment upon arrival and reporting damage within 24 hours
Failure to accept delivery or incorrect address issues may result in additional fees or return freight charges, which are non-refundable.
8. Shipment Damage or Delays
We do our best to package and palletize your order securely. However, once the shipment leaves our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the freight carrier.
If your shipment arrives damaged, please:
Note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL)
Take clear photos of the pallet and affected items
Contact us within 24 hours at info@1001palletliquidation.com
We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Please understand that shipping damages are handled directly with the freight provider.
9. Undeliverable Shipments or Missed Deliveries
If your order is undeliverable due to:
Incomplete or incorrect address
Missed appointment with the carrier
Refusal to accept delivery
