Whether you’re an online seller, retail shop owner, flea market vendor, or first-time buyer, we want you to feel confident with every order you place with us.

Our goal is to offer a safe, honest, and customer-first return policy that supports your business while maintaining the fairness and integrity of liquidation sales.


7-Day Return Window – We’ve Got You Covered

We accept returns on pallets within 7 calendar days of delivery. If your pallet doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a return without any pressure or hassle.

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us by email (info@1001palletliquidation.com) within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The pallet must be in original received condition, with no major tampering or missing items.

  • Items must be returned in secure packaging, as received.

  • Include your order number, photos of the pallet, and a brief explanation for the return.

Once approved, we’ll provide a return authorization and instructions to send the pallet back.


How and When Refunds Are Issued

Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive your return. We inspect the pallet carefully to verify condition and confirm all return items are present.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, etc.). A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed.

We understand that waiting 30 days may feel like a long time, but this window allows our team to fully verify the return and ensure a smooth refund experience.


Return Shipping – Who Pays?

We believe in being fair and transparent.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong pallet sent, major visible damage from shipping), we cover the full cost of return shipping and arrange pickup if needed.

  • If you choose to return the pallet for other reasons, such as:

    • It doesn’t suit your needs

    • You expected different types of items

    • You no longer need the inventory
      Then the return shipping is your responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable and insured courier service for your protection, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Pallets – Our Fast Response Promise

We know things can occasionally go wrong during transit or packing. If your pallet arrives:

  • Significantly damaged

  • Missing expected items

  • Containing products you did not order

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. We will investigate immediately.

What you should send us:

  • Clear photos of the damaged pallet and packaging

  • A list of missing or incorrect items (if applicable)

  • Your order number and contact details

Our team will review the claim quickly and work with you to resolve the issue. Resolutions may include:

  • A partial refund

  • Replacement items

  • A return authorization for a full refund

We aim to resolve all damage or error cases within 3 to 5 business days of your claim.


Can I Exchange My Pallet?

Because our inventory changes daily and each pallet is unique, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you return a pallet within the eligible 7-day window and your refund is approved, you are welcome to place a new order for a different pallet at your convenience.


Important Notes About Liquidation Purchases

Liquidation pallets include customer returns, shelf pulls, overstock, and discontinued items. These products:

  • May have damaged or open packaging

  • Could be new, used, or missing accessories

  • Often include a mix of high- and low-value items

We always try to provide clear descriptions and honest expectations, but buying liquidation involves a level of risk. We encourage buyers to review product descriptions carefully and reach out to us with any questions before placing an order.
